In reply to Brenda. We recommend calling customer service at a less busy hour, like in late afternoon or early evening. Your gift card may have expired, so do check the expiry date. If your prepaid Visa gift card is declined at a certain vendor, then try another. For example, we recommend buying an Amazon gift card with the card, as they are more lenient, or pay your utility bills with the card, as utility companies accept almost all prepaid Visa cards.

This prepaid Visa card was purchased 4-15-2022, your site will not allow me to register it and when try to use it at a merchant it declined. The card purchase amount was $60.00 nothing has been used. I when back to Harris Teether where the card was purchased they said Prepaidgiftbalance was a third party vendor and I had to reach out to them. They understood my frustration along with the many other complaints they have received. I have been trying to call for over a month and the hold times is very long only for no representative never to answer. Harris Teether said they provide good customer service to their customers and may have to reconsider selling Visa gift in their establishment due to amount of complaints that they are receiving. Your on line portal does work! I look to having this issue resolved soon!

Receipt of gift card purchase
Valid Photo Identification

Enter the 30-digit barcode on the back, the 16-digit card number and the 3-digit security code on the back of the card. Submit to find your card, then follow the prompts to upload your documentation.

I got the card as a gift and when I opened it and registered it on prepaidgiftbalance.com said the balance was one dollar and had several charges in California. I live in Virginia. I called the number and the only thing I could understand the customer service agent says was I had to dispute the charges online and I can’t find anywhere to do that.

I was under the impression that once my gift card expired I was to be issued another with the remaining balance put on the new card? Can you clarify that for me please.

I have registered my card and have been unable to use online to purchase merchandise. I have tried to call the support number and there is no live person to talk to, would appreciate a response ASAP
